Certainly not. Each Client is given top notch service. VEI is not a gargantuan advertising agency doing writing on the side. It specializes in writing and editing. How fast can you turn a project?
This depends upon current Client workload, however, prompt turnarounds are usually expected. Give VEI your deadline and let VEI get started!

I’m from outside your area, in fact, overseas. Can we work via email?
Yes, this is no problem at all and international Clients are most welcome. Instructions can be provided in person, over the phone or via email; VEI is very comfortable working in all these types of project situations.

How do I know which writer to select?

What are VEI’s terms and conditions of service?

Please note that VEI reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, without notice, by posting a revised version on this area of the VEI website. All invoices are due and payable upon receipt, with 2% interest charged on accounts past 30 days.

Does VEI require a deposit?
Yes. 30% down is requested, with the balance due upon completion. Lengthier projects may have more frequent payment intervals if deemed necessary.
